This Privacy Policy explains what information the Service collects, how it is used, how it may be disclosed, and how it is retained.

This Privacy Policy describes how Desinet d/b/a Podium Atlas ("Podium Atlas," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains information in connection with PodiumAtlas.com and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Service, including through account registration, authentication flows, ad submission and management flows, payment flows, public ad interactions, reporting tools, support communications, and operational analytics.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular person or household.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account and identity information, including email address, authentication identifiers, account records, acceptance records, and account preferences.
  • Advertising submission information, including advertisement title, category selection, destination URL, uploaded creative, file metadata, moderation status, publication status, ranking-related records, and related submission history.
  • Transaction and payment information, including payment amounts, transaction status, processor reference identifiers, fraud and risk signals, and related commercial records. Payment card information is processed by payment processors and is not stored in full by Podium Atlas.
  • Usage and technical information, including IP address, device or browser information, request metadata, cookies or similar technologies, log data, page interactions, impression and click event data, timestamps, and service diagnostics.
  • Communications and support information, including information submitted through contact forms, support messages, reports, disputes, moderation communications, and similar correspondence.
  • Compliance and enforcement information, including records relating to reviews, reports, investigations, restrictions, suspensions, removals, and actions taken to protect the Service or comply with law.

3. Sources of Information

  • directly from you when you create an account, submit content, fund an advertisement, contact us, or otherwise use the Service;
  • automatically when you interact with the Service;
  • from service providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, email, analytics, fraud prevention, and payment processing;
  • from other users or parties who submit reports, complaints, or support requests relating to content or conduct on the Service; and
  • from legal, regulatory, or payment-related processes where relevant to the Service.

4. How We Use Information

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
  • create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
  • receive, review, moderate, publish, rank, display, and manage advertisements;
  • process payments, maintain transaction records, and support billing, reconciliation, and dispute handling;
  • respond to support requests, reports, moderation issues, and operational inquiries;
  • measure impressions, clicks, usage patterns, and platform performance;
  • detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, and unlawful conduct;
  • improve the Service, product performance, workflows, and user experience;
  • comply with legal obligations, payment processor requirements, court orders, and regulatory requests; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Service and its users.

5. AI and Automated Processing

Podium Atlas may use automated systems, including AI-assisted tools, to support moderation, category handling, abuse detection, fraud monitoring, ranking support, analytics, quality assurance, and optimization of the Service.

These tools may process Personal Information and content submitted through or generated by your use of the Service. Automated outputs may be used to assist operational decisions, security measures, and platform improvements.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose Personal Information to service providers that provide hosting, infrastructure, storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security, fraud prevention, customer support, and similar operational services on our behalf.

If an advertisement is approved and made live, content associated with that advertisement, including creative, title, category, destination URL, and other related advertising materials, may be displayed publicly through the Service.

We may disclose information where we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, regulatory requirements, payment processor requirements, card network rules, or lawful requests from public authorities.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate or address fraud, abuse, infringement, security issues, policy violations, or threats to the rights, property, or safety of Podium Atlas, users, or others.

We may disclose information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, restructuring, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.

We may disclose information where you direct us to do so or where you otherwise consent to disclosure.

7. No Sale of Personal Information

Podium Atlas does not sell personal information to third parties.

We do not rent, broker, or otherwise sell Personal Information to third parties for monetary consideration. Any disclosure of Personal Information is limited to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

8. Cookies, Analytics, and Event Data

The Service may use cookies, local storage, pixels, log files, and similar technologies to support authentication, security, functionality, analytics, and measurement of Service activity.

The Service also maintains operational event data, including impression and click records, to support rankings, advertiser reporting, fraud prevention, moderation, analytics, and platform integrity.

You may be able to control certain browser-level cookie settings, but disabling cookies or similar technologies may affect the availability or functionality of the Service.

9. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide and maintain the Service, preserve transaction integrity, maintain operational records, audit trails, and backups, investigate reports and enforce platform rules, comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and payment-related obligations, and resolve disputes and protect the Service.

Removed advertisements, deleted accounts, or withdrawn content may remain in archives, logs, backups, moderation records, payment records, and legal or compliance files for a reasonable period or as required by law.

10. Security

Podium Atlas uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information. No method of transmission, storage, or online service is completely secure, and Podium Atlas cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights and Choices

You may update certain account information through the Service where available. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain Personal Information, subject to verification of your identity and applicable legal exceptions.

Residents of certain states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about disclosure practices. You may also have the right to appeal a decision we make regarding your privacy request. To submit an appeal, contact support@mail.podiumatlas.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." Podium Atlas will process verified requests and appeals in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Podium Atlas may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on the Service. For material changes, Podium Atlas may provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service. The updated version becomes effective upon posting or on the effective date stated in the revised version. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy.
